He is a certified professional in ITIL® Expert, PRINCE2® (Foundation and Practitioner), Six Sigma Green Belt, ISO/IEC 31000 and ISO/IEC 27005 Certified Risk Manager, ISO/IEC20K - Foundation, Cloud Computing - Foundation, TMAP - Foundation (Test Management Professional), MCP in SharePoint 2003 Customizations, and MCTS in MS Project 2007. He has studied BCA (Bachelors in Computer Applications) from Osmania University, India; he passed his graduation in DISTINCTION and was a TOPPER in his college. He started working at the age of 20, and learnt different knowledge areas from different companies. He also holds a Executive MBA degree from IICT, which he completed in 2008.

He has great passion for ITSM and has great enthusiasm and innovative ideas to improve ITSM best practices; to make it easily understandable, uncomplicated and unproblematic. Personal Summary

Kiran Kumar Pabbathi is staunch believer, devotee, servant, and lover of SUPREME LORD NARAYANA. He is married

happily and happily married; living in hyderabad. He and his family follows vegetarian diet and sattvic lifestyle.

He completely believes that the ultimate purpose of human being IS TO SERVE THE SUPREME LORD NARAYANA. He is a FOLK (FRIENDS OF LORD KRISHNA) member in ISKCON, he took SAMAASHRAYAM from HIS DIVINE GRACE SRI TRIDANDI CHINNA JEEYAR SWAMIJI in 201. He loves to read/ listen/ talk about SUPREME LORD NARAYANA'S AVATARS AND LEELAS. He considers BHAGAVADGITA as his guide for his life, and he loves BHAGAVADGITA and SRIMAD BHAGAVATAM.

He was born on 17 August 1983, he lived all his 28 years like human as usual (HAU) gratifying his senses, living life as a carefree bachelor, seeing/ listening/ singing/ dancing to unworthy and contemtible movies and songs.

By the grace of Supreme Lord Krishna, he got in touch with ISKCON in 2011 and started understanding the purpose of life, who is LORD KRISHNA, what should be our goal.

Now his hobbies are: Drawing and painting, Cooking, Travelling to Vaishnava kshetras, Writing books, Listening spiritual discourses of AC Bhaktivedanta Srila Prabhupada, HH Chinna Jeeyar Swamy, and other Vaishnava acharyas.
